My buying experience at this dealership was excellent. John sold me the bike, and when making my decision, the dealer, Tom Hicks happened to come out and convinced me. I was brought to the business manager who took care of the paperwork, then led to parts where I ordered accessories. My final meet was with Chad the Service Manager. On my way home I experienced a minor problem. I called Chad, he had what I needed the next day and I was down the road and happy. After negative dealership experiences in the past, this dealership was a breath of fresh air.

Fortunately the shop manager Chad was informative and professional throughout the process. Though I grew up on dirtbikes I have only been on road bikes for 10,000 miles. So it is cool to know that the whole staff is friendly and patient with newbie questions.
Year 2002 Triumph Bonneville T100 bought used for $3,000 elsewhere.
I had a chain replacement, stuck oil plug swap out, oil change, wiring repair to rear signals and brake lights.
They also gave me a fair estimate for a carburetor service if I want to throw down some more cash later for a non-emergency repair that would potentially make the bike run better. No pressure.Greg VD, CA -
Larry Garcia was amazing. I came from 2.5 hours away, and did all negotiations over the phone before hand. I expected your usual shady dealer to have things switched when I arrived, however Larry's paperwork was exactly as promised to the penny. I had the perfect buying experience here at SoCal motors. I purposely drove out of my way past 3 other dealerships to do business here simply because they had no dealer mark up. All transparency, no price haggling BS. It does not feel like you're purchasing from a used car dealership here with slimy tactics and bait and switch (riverside Harley). Rob quoted me a price through email and it was the exact same price he gave me in person, and was still able to knock a couple hundred off msrp. The purchasing process was straightforward: credit application, run numbers, walk around for a bit while everything processes, exchange money, ride off into the sunset. Shout out to Larry Garcia, sales. I found an advertised price on the internet for a 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT PRO that was substantially below MSRP but also claimed no dealer fees. I was skeptical. Larry assured me over the phone the bike was ready for delivery at that price plus tax, title, license. I asked him to send me an OTD price I could write the check for. On arrival the bike was as advertised, no last minute add ons. While waiting for service to update the computer for delivery, Larry introduced me to service and parts personnel. Painless and honest process was promised and delivered. I believe Larry's strongest attributes was his honesty and the fact he is a rider and was able to answer my questions with confidence and knowledge of the product. I had the best experience buying a motorcycle from Southern California Motorcycles. Larry Garcia is an awesome guy who treats his customers like family. I came down from Vegas as the dealers local to me didn't have the Street Triple in the yellow color that I wanted. Larry was very thorough in making sure the bike was ready when I got there and that I knew everything I needed to know regarding its features.After picking the bike up I made my way to ride it back home, and shortly after I left I noticed a small coolant leak due to a faulty hose clamp from the factory. I texted Larry who made sure that their tow guy came to pick me up quickly and have their tech sort the bike out quickly. They did an excellent job of fixing the issue promptly, and Larry also made sure they helped pay for my hotel as it was getting later in the day and I decided to make my return home in the morning.Overall I'm really happy with the bike and the customer service I received. Next time I'm in the area I will be sure to let Larry know and we can go for a ride. He is very passionate about motorcycles and riding and it shows in his customer service. I contacted Southern California Motorcycles through the internet requesting information on a 2023 Rocket 3 GT, asking specific questions about availability and pricing. I promptly received detailed information from John Pucciarelli, including that the bike was in stock and all purchase costs, with out-the-door pricing at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Within two hours I was at SCM in Brea, and about two and a half hours later was riding my new Rocket 3 home. I have purchased 6 or 8 motorcycles and 14 or 16 cars and trucks over the past 40 years. I have not had a purchase go as smoothly and quickly as my experience with SCM. I did not need financing, but Brian in Finance provided a good price on an extended warranty, which I accepted. Albert in Parts promptly and politely provided a printout on added components I may wish to add at a later date, which will make those purchases convenient to make when the time comes. I highly recommend SCM to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new motorcycle.

I've purchased parts as needed from Southern California Motorcycles, and have always enjoyed perusing their new inventory when I'm in the area. I've always been greeted very kindly and treated well. When my Bonneville was involved in a minor traffic incident, I figured this was the best place to go to have it repaired, and worked with Chad in the service department.
Despite the world being thrown into the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic shortly after I dropped my bike off, Chad kept me up to date on the repairs, and even went to bat with the insurance company for additional parts and labor that he felt were needed to make sure my bike was repaired correctly. Dear Tom, As you know, this past weekend, I took delivery of my brand new 2004 Ducati ST4s from your dealership. Grey with the red wheels my favorite color combination. I have to say that never in my 20+ years of motorcycle riding have I had a better buying experience at a motorcycle dealership. It started with your daughter at the recent Long Beach motorcycle show. My fiancee Kim and I bumped into her at the show and were warmly invited by her to stop by your shop. A few weeks later, we decided to take her advice (as I was in the market for a new bike) and we stopped by and were greeted by you. Down to earth, kind, caring, not pushy, totally honest, and much like myself a huge enthusiast when it comes to motorcycles. By far you are kindest, most enthusiastic, most knowledgeable shop owner I have ever come in contact with, and I have dealt with quite a few. Not knowing a whole lot about the Ducati brand, you proceeded to enlighten and educate me on these wonderful bikes. As each minute passed, I knew this was the bike, and I KNEW this was the dealership. Then there was Meri Calo. Incredibly bright, fair, a great listener and professional; in a word, WONDERFUL. Its clear to me that Meri is remarkably gifted in communicating with a wide variety of people in face-to-face interactions. She took over where you left off, and was not only able to put me at ease about getting financed, she was able to assemble a payment structure that was completely affordable. Meri was patient in answering all of my questions, and made myself and Kim feel so comfortable, I felt as if I had known her for years even though I had just met her. She is clearly a very busy person, and not once did I feel like she was trying to rush me or brush over anything. Any anxiety or nervousness I had about this purchase went out the window after I sat down with Meri. Finally, when the deal was done, it was time to take the bike home. I wanted to have it trucked home since I didnt have my gear with me and your Service Manager Dustin Edwards was glad to help. He patiently answered all of my questions about the bike, how to break it in, and made sure that I knew it was OK to call him with any questions that popped up. Like everyone on your incredible staff - he struck me as a true enthusiast and incredibly knowledgeable about these machines. He wasnt willing to let the bike go until he was absolutely sure it was set up properly. As a result, the bike wasnt ready to come home until the next day - Christmas Eve - a day on which the shop closed early, and most people are consumed with holiday plans. Much to my delight - Dustin saw to it that I would have the bike for the weekend. His brother Danny trucked the bike right to my door on Christmas Eve day - and it was perfect. The bike had been cleaned, and Danny spent some extra time - after driving two hours - hanging out in my garage and talking through the bike with me. I honestly felt like I was being treated like someone who had bought 10 bikes from you. 100% first class - from start to finish and absolute perfection in every sense of the word. And then theres the Ducati. What a bike! But what really showed was the quality and attention to detail your service department took in prepping it for delivery (especially on a very busy and rushed holiday weekend). I have never seen a better dealer-prep job on a new bike. The paint was perfect even the brake rotors shined and it came to my door on Christmas Eve without a scratch. Does life get any better? But it didnt stop there. It seemed everyone on your staff - said hello to us, was so friendly and clearly loved their jobs. It really showed through. There was Andre, and your daughter and the rest of the parts staff - EVERYONE. Its a genuine family atmosphere and it's obvious they love the great sport of motorcycling. In my career as a Vice President of Marketing, my success relies heavily on the teams of people I bring together for a given project. The team that took care of me at your dealership is a clear winner! You are indeed fortunate to have such a great group of people working for you. They are a textbook example of what an experience at a motorcycle dealership should be like. (I'm a shorter fella) and suggested I try another. The Triumph Street Twin was right up my alley and I bought it and drove it home that day. Chris showed me the bike and I immediately fell in love with it. I explained to Chris that I had set myself a budget that included both bike and insurance. It took some time but Chris made it work. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the finance terms.Brian then handled the finance and paperwork. Great guy as well. I wasn't able to take the bike home that day. "t is not often that we commend people that are in the car & motorcycle sales industry. Most opinions that are written about salesmen is that they are dishonest and deceitful so for that reason I have kept my distance. When I first contacted your dealership I spoke with John Pucciarelli he immediately put me at ease with the purchase of the Victory Judge. His first question to me was "is that the motorcycle that you want to buy?" I explained to him that I was able to obtain a better deal from another dealer and he warned me about the trickery that other dealerships use in order to bait customers. He confirmed that he had the motorcycle that I was looking for and explained all of my purchase options. John really took the time to explain the victory line of motorcycles especially the judge model. On Saturday we firmed up the deal. Immediately upon meeting John I was greeted and explained the entire process of closing the deal. He went over all of the features of the judge and more. He assisted me in loading the bike onto my truck and provided me a tour of your dealership. He also took the time to introduce me to your entire staff! "Great Experience! If you want by-the-book, go else ware. But if you want to buy a bike that is right for you, for the long haul, SoCal Motorcycles is that place. They knows motorcycles,, they know motorcyclists and most important, they know customer service. They recognize and respect people, even though there's a BS'er around every corner. The only issue I have is the accessories and parts department is that they kept giving me the wrong bolts. I would double check all purchases to make sure all the bolts are in the box and are the correct bolt."

I normally do not leave "testimonials" but my experience with Southern California Motorcycles and especially Larry Garcia warrants one. Outstanding Dealership, great staff and over all a very pleasant experience. If I didn't live so far away I would spend at least a couple of days a week just hanging around.
